I strongly recommend three dishes in this restaurant, cold beef, mapo tofu, and shredded cabbage. These three dishes are really good. Although it was my first time there, I don't know if you will like these three dishes. These three dishes are dishes that we Chinese like very much.

Nice flavorful food. Love how spicy hot they make their dishes at this place. Their location is not the best in town but it's worth a visit definitely.

Food is delish, location isn't the greatest. Pepper chicken is crunchy and lasts well with boiled fish. Boiled fish was priced the lowest we've ever seen. We love our boiled fish and try it every chance we get! Ambience is ok. But price is reallly good. Ladies are hardworking and nice. Service is quick.

The outside surrounding area is sketchy, but don't let that deter you from coming here since the food is legit. The interior is small and a bit cramped with about 8 dining tables. Ordered the following: Couple's beef - good flavor but too salty, good assortment of thin sliced beef shank, tendon and tripe Kung pao chicken - chicken has good flavor and sauce is good, not used to having stir fried cabbage added into this dish Sichuan spicy pot - great flavor, the sauce is spicy and delicious, has a nice green peppercorn fragrance, good assortment of beef, fish, tripe, and pork intestines Sichuanese boiled fish - delicious, same flavor and sauce as the Sichuan spicy pot but only has fish Sin kiang lamb (aka cumin lamb) - tasty and great cumin flavor, lamb is tender Deep cooked potato - potato is flavorful and has a good crunch Stir-fried Chinese greens - simple, sautéed vegetable with garlic, nothing special Mapo tofu - sauce is spicy, delicious and has a nice green peppercorn fragrance, tofu is delicately mixed in and good Hot beef chow mein - lots of chili flakes in the dish, tasted OK, not my favorite Items I would order again: sin kiang lamb, deep cooked potato, Sichuanese boiled fish, Sichuan spicy pot, mapo tofu Heard the pepper chicken, dried cooked string beans, and crispy tofu are good and would like to try these items next time I order from here.

My favorite Chinese food joint in all of Seattle. I order the pan fried dumplings and Mongolian beef here religiously. There is nothing glamorous about this place but the ownership of this restaurant is authentic and if you can get past the hectic activities occurring on 12th and Jackson then I would kindly invite you to try the food here.

Hands down the best Chinese food in Seattle. Proof: I once ordered 3x Szechuan cold noodle to take with me on a work retreat in case I didn't like the food there. The noodles are perfectly al dente, swimming in a bath of spicy sauce. I'm getting hungry writing this. I used to be a regular here; the employees are very kind and quickly learned my order. Food is always ready fast whether dining in or taking it to go. I highly recommend sitting down to enjoy the space and have a cup of tea with your meal.

Most authentic Sichuanese food I've had in Seattle so far! Tucked away into a plaza near Little Saigon, the numbing spice will have you feeling warm even on a rainy Seattle day. Some of my favorite dishes are the Mapo Tofu and Couple's Beef (Fuqi Feipian 夫妻肺片 in Mandarin). This is a place I'd even bring my Chinese immigrant parents to, and that's the highest of compliments I can give!

My food was spot on. So was my partners. The interior for sure needs more love and care, but we made it just fine. It only made getting a decent photo hard without the mess in the background. I'll probably just order To go next time. But hey, there is a small parking lot in front so that helps. I really appreciate their selection and how well they prepare the items. The flavors were well balanced. They also didn't over do the chilis in my boiled fish which always ends up being wasted. The vegetables were fresh and even came in a sauce that paired very well with the rice. I could have eaten the rice and veggies as a snack alone. Now I will say if you're looking for that ridiculous heat, it's not here, which is perfect for me.
